Your customized personal training program includes:
• Fitness Testing and Assessment • Strength Training and Cardiovascular Conditioning • Nutritional Analysis • Core Conditioning • Balance and Flexibility Training • Functional Training
I offer individual and group sessions that are either 30 or 55 minutes long in a private studio, as well as a 10 week workshop on how to live life to the fullest while helping to decrease pain. The 10 week workshop is a foundation course for chronic pain management. All training is by appointment only.
